This is an actual conversation that occurred today between Chase Manhattan Bank and myself:
Chase Manhattan Bank: Account number?
Stacy: I don't have that information.
CMB: Social security number?
Stacy: xxx-xx-xxxx
CMB: OK, now for security reasons I need the last four digits of the social security number.
